Job Description:
1.Evaluation - Assessing Market Value of properties presented as security for Loan - Land and Building.
2. Site Visits - Visiting Properties to evaluate valuation and progress of work.
3. Documentation - Verification of reports like Building endorsements, Plans, Estimates and so forth, to guarantee consistence with appropriate structure rules and other material guidelines.
4. Recording of Site perceptions and suggesting credit sum in view of appraisal made in light of reports and site perceptions.
5. Relationship Management - With client with the channel accomplices.
