Workforce strategy is a dynamic new team within operations aimed to make CVS the employer of choice within the retail and pharmacy industries. Keeping our colleagues at the heart of everything we do, the workforce strategy team will evolve our workforce by providing data driven insights to inform key initiatives and evolving the colleague experience by designing innovative new programs to address colleague pain points. The team will collaborate across operations, HR, and talent acquisition to ensure our field leaders have clear and actionable strategy to drive measurable improvements to the colleague experience across retail.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will support the execution of innovation projects within the workforce strategy portfolio. This position will work under the direction of the Workforce Strategy Innovation Manager to execute on tactical project plans to ensure the success of the program. They will work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Required Qualifications :
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office
• 2+ years of experience with creating end-to-end project work
• 2+ years of experience working within the retail or pharmacy industry
