Job Description:
A Well-known heavy industry majoring in manufacturing marine engine is looking for mechanical design talent!
Along with Japanese language,there is a possibility of contacting with overseas customers in English (depending on the project you are assigned to)

Roles and responsibility:
We are looking for mechanical designers for the development department of marine power generation engines!
Anyone with no experience in the marine industry is welcome to apply, regardless of their mechanical design background.
The design software that is being used is 3D Creo, Those who are having practical experience of designing with 3D software, CAD are also eligible to apply to this job.
In recent years, we have been working on the development of not only mechanical engine power but also electrification.
Applicants with knowledge of mechanical design and electrical control (mechatronics), or those who wish to gain experience in this field, are also welcome to apply!
We are also working on products overseas, so there are opportunities to use English in the future!

Working Hours:
8:30 - 17:30 (scheduled working hours: 8 hours)
Break time: 60 minutes
Regular holidays: 2 full days off per week

Total of 125 days per year
Type of employment:
Full-time employee of Japan Techno (full-time employee of the manufacturing concern after 1~3 years of employment)
Salary: 3.5 million yen to 5 million yen per year
(Might change with regards to experience)
Increment in Salary: once every year
Overtime: Yes (Overtime will be paid for actual work over 8 hours)

Conditions for employment:
Language ability: Must have Business level Japanese language proficiency (N2 level)
Experience: Experience in mechanical design practice for about 2 years or more. Experience in using 3DCAD for Reciprocating engines, internal combustion engines, machine development and design, etc.
Experience and knowledge of mechanics of materials, mechanics of machinery, thermodynamics, etc.
Please note that experience in automotive parts design and jig design is not suitable for this position.
Language:
Japanese( N2 level) Interview is conducted in japanese (Required)
