Job Description:
DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a(n) Supply Chain Launch Lead, located in Raynham, MA
As part of the Supply Chain Product Management group, the individual will be the E2E supply chain lead on New Product Development projects and lead a cross functional team through successful launch execution. They will design and develop optimized supply chain strategies for complex global medical device programs and lead teams through standardized supply chain launch management processes, ensuring strong accountability. They will demonstrate strong program management capabilities and launch management expertise to drive end to end value, collaborating heavily with commercial, R&D, quality and other supply chain partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides leadership to orchestrate the end to end supply chain for the delivery of large global NPD programs.
- Leads cross functional teams through standardized launch management tools and processes to deliver launch execution and achieve overall business objectives for the program
- Drives adherence to supply chain readiness process ensuring strong functional accountability
- Designs the value chain for new products, ensuring alignment with key business stakeholders and strategies
- Communicates NPI, Supply, and workstream status updates to stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required with a focus in engineering, science, or business preferred. MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
- A minimum of six (6) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering or quality function is required, preferred within a regulated environment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams is required
- Experience interacting with domestic and international suppliers is required
- Proven ability to successfully lead large complex programs
- Strong communication and management influence skills are required.
PREFERRED:
- Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Biologics experience is preferred.
OTHER:
- English language proficiency is required
- This position may require up to 10% Domestic and International travel.
- Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX/Agile certification preferred
