Job Description:
- BE / B Tech in Electrical engineering
- - 6 to 8 years' experience specially in electrical systems, components, and applications
- - Primary responsibility of this role is identification and evaluation of cost savings proposals on various engine & system level Electrical/Electronic components
- - Identify cost optimization opportunities in different products and systems through benchmarking, competitor analysis, functionality analysis, specification comparison etc VA-VE methodologies
- - Must have an in-depth knowledge of requirements related to electrical components design and application, including duty cycle attributes
- - Must have experience in designing, Sizing component and devices – Electrical Sensors, Starter Motors, Genset Alternators, charging alternators, Electrical panels, Batteries, - Battery chargers, Genset controllers, expansion Modules etc.
- - Must have ability to read and understand Electrical systems schematics, diagrams, and electrical harness drawings
- - Knowledge of Li- ion battery, Energy solutions, DC-DC converter, Inverter, circuit breakers will be added advantage.
- - Good knowledge about global engineering codes and standards for electrical systems, components
- - Good in Communication skills, Multitasking, Drive for result, Accountability, Innovation.
