Job Description:
Our location in Plano, TX, currently has an opportunity for a Quality Systems Business Analyst. As a member of the Quality Systems team, you will deliver compliance, procedure/process, efficiency, visibility, structure, and process to our various quality sub systems. You will partner with business experts to understand system strategy and information needs, develop business intelligence solutions, implement supporting data and process changes, and ensure sustainability and effectiveness of solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Support, develop and be an integral team member of the change control and training groups.
Design, develop and maintain business solutions, turning data into actionable solutions
Develop visualizations, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as (Microsoft Power BI)
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify quality system requirements, extract data, and create reports required within each of the sub systems as necessary.
Projects will include, but not limited to, developing/maintain dashboard to track the various metrics for both quality management review and quality data review, procedure and process improvements, and document structure alignment and execution related to our document hierarchy.
As it relates to quality system initiatives, works with business Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to map current processes and identify and eliminate unnecessary uniqueness. These processes include both system and people process flows.
Ensure compliance with the NM Quality System
Manage individual projects including quality plan creation, execution and tracking
Potential to assist and own CAPA(s) and execute on conducting investigation to identify root causes, identifying resolutions, and performing verification of effectiveness
Maintain high customer service through constant interactions and support within the various teams.
Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Maintain positive and cooperative communication and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. Exhibit a positive customer service attitude.
Remain current on software changes and developments in field(s) of expertise.
Resolve and/or facilitate resolution of problems, with more complex issues being escalated appropriately.
Perform other essential functions and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
Work additional hours, days, or schedules (including other shifts, weekends, and/or holidays), if directed.
Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
Supports all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
REQUIRED :
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 0-2 years related work experience with degree or sufficient transferable experience to demonstrate functional equivalence to a degree.
- Requires strong analytical and communication skills as well as sound judgment and the ability to work effectively with internal team members.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
- Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- Experience in Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Demonstrated ability to understand and comply with applicable FDA regulations and Company operating procedures, processes, policies and rules is essential.
