Job Purpose/Role
- Service-oriented and complex - your area of responsibility is diverse.
- Answering complex verbal and written customer inquiries as well as emergency calls from the Audi brand
- Entry and maintenance of customer master data in our customer databases
- Processing of customer correspondence with the help of form letters and individual letters
- Cooperation with all relevant internal and external specialist departments of Audi Customer Service Germany to ensure correct and timely processing of the transaction
Key requirements/skills/experience :
- You know what is important - your profile is the proof.
- Completed vocational training or professional experience in customer service
- High customer and service orientation, a friendly and personable demeanor and very good communication skills
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- English language skills are desirable
- Flexibility and a willingness to work in shifts
